Family Carers Net - Here you will find information for carers, those being cared for, their family and friends, employers, community groups and organisations, health professionals and people who have an interest in helping others.
Open weekly in 11 locations across Suffolk and available to anyone living with dementia, with or without a diagnosis, to attend together with a loved one, family member or friend.
Synergy Cafés are free to attend, as are all activities on the varied programme, which consists of education, information and learning around practical support and social fun activities, including games, arts and music.
The learning programme of Living Well Sessions has also now been extended to support older people living in the community and their family carers, who can now benefit from the information sessions including nutrition, falls prevention, carers support, financial and legal information etc. These sessions run in Synergy Cafés on the 1st and 3rd week of the month, in the afternoon session.
