We stopped the Open surgeries on 1 November 2011 because we often have people waiting for long periods of time whilst poorly. The surgery also feels that if you need longer time in a consultation you could ask at Reception and they would allocate a double appointment. Therefore alleviating waiting time for all patients on those days.
We adverised this in the local newsletters, in the Surgery itself and on our web site.
The Surgery is sorry if this promotion and publicity did not reach you.
